Joe was born and raised in Erie, PA and has always been part of this great community. He graduated from Cathedral Prep in 1996. Three years and a lot of fun later, Joe obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Gannon University. Realizing the party was now over, he became a full-fledged contributing member of the workforce and became the buyer for Klein Plating.

Fast forward to 2006, he must have gone bonkers and came up with the crazy idea of going back to school for a Master’s degree. Somehow Joe found the time and attained his MBA from Penn State in 2008.  Currently, Joe is the fourth-generation family owner of Klein Plating so he's had some pretty big shoes to fill (and not all of them smelled good).

When Joe is not trying to discover all the mysteries of plating (he should have paid more attention in Chemistry class), he can be found hanging with the best people he knows; his family. His beautiful wife, Rebecca, and two wonderful children, Grant and Anna, keep him busy and laughing.  Plus, Joe gets to work with acids, cyanides, and great people. He's the luckiest man on Earth.
